supportive environment.
Nathan Dewsbury
Co-Founder & Lead Instructor
With a First Class Dance Degree and experience performing in West End theatres, music videos, and alongside professional dance companies, Nathan brings a fresh, inspiring approach to every class while helping build a supportive and high-energy community.
Megan Johnson
Co-Founder & Lead Instructor
Megan has a supportive teaching style that helps every dancer grow in confidence. With an Upper Second-Class Honours in Dance and experience performing with professional dance companies, appearing in music videos, and competing at a high level, she brings energy, expertise, and inspiration to every class.
Fran Eardley
Acrobatics/Gym Instructor
Fran has a First Class Degree in Dance and achieved an incredible 93% & 94% in her Pre-Associate Teaching Qualifications. Fran maintains a strong focus on safe technique and dancer well-being in her acro &
gymnastic classes with us. We are so lucky to have her on the Spotlight team.
